Tolet.com.my operates a platform (the “website”) for individuals (the “lessor”) to advertise their properties to rent/lease on the website and the rental advertisements on the Website are based on information provided by the the lessor.

As such, tolet.com.my is not responsible in any way for the accuracy of content in any such advertisements, nor is tolet.com.my responsible for any actual lease transaction between a potential renter and a Lessor.

Tolet.com.my is not real estate brokerage agent/business/company website. Thus, tolet.com.my does not render legal, brokerage, or other professional advice or services to either to the Renter or Lessor customers using this website.

Note:

Tolet.com.my is a website/portal acting as a channel for property rental advertisements on the world wide web (online advertising space).

Services Not Provided by Us:

We do not not participate in any actual lease transactions, including, without limitation, negotiations, discussions, or proposals, and you expressly waive any requirement that purports to impose on tolet.com.my an obligation to perform any services other than those expressly undertaken by tolet.com.my;

Tolet.com.my does not render legal, brokerage, or other professional advice or services; in the event you desire or need such services, tolet.com.my strongly advises you to secure the same;

Tolet.com.my is not undertaking any, and has no, duties to either Renters or Lessors, including, without limitation, the obligation to inspect rental properties, to verify the veracity of information contained in an advertisement, or to interview or otherwise screen Renters;

Tolet.com.my is not responsible for the content of, nor does it endorse, the third-party websites to which you may link using this Website;

Tolet.com.my does not guarantee the accuracy of any information available on this Website, and is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or misrepresentations, whether made by Lessors, Renters or otherwise and all information obtained on this Website must be verified independently;

Tolet.com.my may make changes to its products and/or services and this Website at any time and without notifying you or receiving your consent; and

While tolet.com.my complies with applicable state and federal laws, including federal civil rights laws, tolet.com.my cannot guarantee that its users so comply. Accordingly, tolet.com.my assumes no liability for Renters’ and/or Lessors’ failures to comply with such laws.

General Terms

By using tolet.com.my’s products and services, you agree:

1) not to disrupt or interfere with the security of, or otherwise abuse, the Site, or any services, system resources, accounts, servers or networks connected to or accessible through the Site or affiliated or linked Web sites;

2) not to disrupt or interfere with any other user’s enjoyment of the Site or affiliated or linked Web sites;

3) not to upload, post, or otherwise transmit through or on this Site any viruses or other harmful, disruptive or destructive files or to otherwise change or alter any information or content offered by or through this Site;

Registration Obligations

Tolet.com.my reserves the right to delete from the Site any postings or member names that violate the above terms and will cooperate fully with any law enforcement officials and/or agencies in the investigation of any violator or violators.
