Registering and posting your rental advertisement with tolet.com.my is free and easy. Please follow the following steps:

• You need to register first in order to post your ad. Click on the “Register” link on the top-right side of the website which will take you to the register page.

• Type in a “username” of your choice and your valid “e-mail” in the form provided and click “Register”.

• If you registration is successful you will see a message that says “Registration complete. Please check your e-mail.”

• Now open your email inbox and you will see a message from us providing you with password to login.

• Use this username and password to login to our portal by clicking the “Login” link on the top right of this site. (You can change this password to your own after you login)

• Now you are ready to update your profile and post your ads. In your dashboard you can find a link to your profile. Updating and changing password is done here. Explore it.

• To advertise your property, double click the “Advertise Your Properties!” button. It is red color and located on the right side above the category navigation links.

• Double clicking the button will lead you to the page you will be posting your advertisement details. You can easily take it from there. It’s easy as 123.

• All you need to do is, Type the title of your advertisement, choose the most relevant category to your property, write a good discription of your property (you can use up to 5000 characters).

• Add phone details, location name and the address if can. This will make the Google map to show your property location properly.

• Don’t forget to include your email on the sidebar. This is because, some tenants may want to contact you by emails instead of calling. Add the property pictures. This will increase the rate of potential leads.

• Answer the simple captcha [eg. 10+5=15] (to make sure that you are not bot).

• Than click submit. That’s it. Once a moderator view your submission and approves it, your ad goes live instantly. Approval usually is within 1 or 2 hours. It usually doesn’t go longer than that.

• If there is a delay, you can be assured your ad will be live within 24 hours.

• The next time you want to advertise again, just use the same username and password to login and publish.

Note: Please advertise one property only in one advertisement. Don’t mix all your properties in one advertisement.
